Manlio Allegra, President & CEO

Manlio Allegra has more than 20 years of experience in international business development and general management with Fortune 500 and start-up companies. He has worked for companies including Fiat Motor Co, Eli Lilly, Warner Communications and Sega Enterprises. During his career, he founded three successful multi-million dollar software publishing ventures including TecMagik, a $23 million publisher of video games and computer entertainment software; International Development Group, a strategic marketing and software publishing services consultancy for U.S., European and Asian companies; and a joint venture with Sega for the North American market.

Mr. Allegra earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic Institute.


Dr. Robert Dressler, Vice President of Technology

Bob Dressler has more than 25 years of experience managing and growing high-technology engineering organizations in the electronics and software industries for companies including Integrated Systems, Inc.; TRW’s ESL subsidiary; Stanford Research Institute and Systems Control Inc. Under his leadership, companies have commercialized dozens of innovative products and significantly increased revenues.

Dr. Dressler earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.


Mahesh Patel, Vice President of Engineering

Mahesh Patel has more than 20 years of experience managing and developing wireline and wireless telecommunication network products at Ericsson and Mobility Network Systems, a startup focused on improving radio performance.

Mr. Patel earned a BSC in Engineering from the University of Liverpool, England, and has 10 patent awards. For four of those, he is the sole inventor.


Dr. Martin J. Feuerstein, Chief Technology Officer

Marty Feuerstein has more than 15 years of experience in research, development and deployment of wireless products, working for companies including Northern Telecom, AirTouch, Lucent Technologies and Metawave Communications. He has many publications and a dozen patents in wireless telecom.

Dr. Feuerstein earned a BE degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
